PCB Drilling Service
Jadason provided PCB drilling services through Jadason Electronics (Dongguan) Ltd. and our Suzhou operation, supporting customers across China with production-scale mechanical and laser drilling, routing, and contour machining.
The operation was certified under ISO9001 in 2003.
Services included PCB and FPC mechanical and laser drilling, as well as PCB contour machining.
At peak capacity, monthly output reached 1.5 million square feet.

Mass Lam Service
Jadason PCB Materials (Dongguan) Ltd., a Hong Kong sole-source investment subsidiary of Jadason Enterprises Limited established in July 2004, provided PCB inner layer mass lamination services for high-technology manufacturers.
The factory was located in Chashan Industrial Zone, Chashan, Dongguan, China, with about 300 employees and over 50 professional engineers, covering an area of 16,000 square meters.
It was equipped with precision machines and testing apparatus including Hitachi (auto cut sheet laminator), Burkle (roller coating line), Burkle (pressing machine), and AOI. Monthly production capacity for inner layer reached 600K square feet, mass lamination reached 300K square feet, and the electroplating line reached 180K square feet.
The operation held ISO9001:2008, ISO14000:2004, and UL certification, with quality control and product testing according to IPC-600G II.
Services focused on HDI and high-density multi-layer printed circuit board inner layer processing.
