Business Segments
Equipment and Supplies
Distribution of equipment and supplies to the printed circuit board (PCB) industry across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, and Japan. Revenue increased 17.1% to S$25.9 million in FY2025.
Manufacturing and Support Services
Service network supporting equipment sales, including PCB drilling services in Dongguan and Suzhou. Revenue remained stable at S$3.2 million in FY2025.
Technology Solutions
Following the acquisition of Jadason Technology Limited and Metason Limited in January 2026, the Group offers software, hardware, integration, and consultancy services in GIS, 3D, digital twin, and AI deployment for government and enterprise clients.

Corporate Overview
Jadason Enterprises Ltd is an investment holding company listed on the Singapore Exchange (Stock Code: J03). The Group started its business in 1980 and has become a leading supplier of equipment and supplies to the printed circuit board industry in Asia.
The Group maintains a distribution and service network spanning China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, with PCB drilling services in Dongguan and Suzhou.
FY2025 Performance Highlights
For the financial year ended 31 December 2025, the Group recorded revenue of S$29.1 million, up from S$25.3 million in FY2024. Equipment and Supplies revenue rose 17.1% due to higher sales in Singapore and China.
Other operating income increased 25.5% to S$2.8 million, supported by gains on disposal of property, plant and equipment, rental income from machines, and foreign exchange gains.
The Group returned to profitability with profit after tax of S$1.4 million in FY2025, compared with a loss of S$1.1 million in FY2024. Shareholders' equity stood at S$4.8 million and net cash and cash equivalents were S$4.7 million as at 31 December 2025.
Strategy and Outlook
The Group is diversifying beyond the PCB industry through the acquisition of 100% interest in Jadason Technology Limited and Metason Limited, completed on 22 January 2026. This expands capabilities in software solutions, hardware integration, and consultancy across architectural engineering, media and entertainment, and immersive experience sectors.
With increasing AI adoption globally, the Group sees opportunities to support government and enterprise customers in digital transformation initiatives incorporating geographic information systems, 3D, digital twin, and AI deployment.
Management will continue to explore Southeast Asian markets, manage costs, rationalise operations, and actively lease or dispose of existing used machines to enhance competitiveness.
Dividend Policy
The Group does not have a fixed dividend policy given the cyclical and volatile nature of the electronics sector. Directors will recommend dividends when the Company is in a position to do so, after considering financial performance and cash flow needs.
In view of the challenging operating environment, the Board does not recommend any dividend payment for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
Corporate Governance
The Board and Management are committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance in accordance with the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance (2018 Code) and SGX-ST Listing Rules.
The Board comprises executive, non-executive, and independent directors, supported by Audit, Nominating, and Remuneration Committees. Ms Queeny Ho serves as Non-Executive Chairman and Mr Fung Chi Wai serves as Chief Executive Officer.
